Mark Boer
SENIOR PASTOR
Mark Boer has been teaching the Word of God in full-time ministry since 1989. In 2001 he founded Life Church – a dynamic, growing church in Boise, Idaho, which he continues to pastor. His ministry is one of compassion and power. He teaches the Word of God with conviction and humor, believing that God is ever-willing to meet the needs of all who call upon Him in faith. His emphasis is to minister both the Word and the Spirit resulting in salvation for the lost, healing for the sick and growth for the believer. This enables each person to fulfill God’s plan for their lives. Mark is a graduate of Rhema Bible Training College and has a Doctorate in Ministry from the School of Bible Theology Seminary and University. He is married to Amy and has three children.
AMY boer
Amy Boer was convinced at a young age that she would serve God in full-time ministry. One month after graduating from Northwest Nazarene University, she fulfilled that calling by marrying a full-time pastor, Mark Boer. Since then, Amy assisted her husband in founding Life Church. She has served in various roles in the church, including: children’s director, publications, events, hospitality, office staff, and women’s ministry. She serves as the director of Hospitality Ministry and is an instructor at Life Bible College. Amy was born and raised in Kimberly, Idaho. She loves being a wife to her husband, Mark, and a mom to her three children: Whitley, Wesley and Windelyn.

Small Groups
Graduating from Life Bible College in 2012, Doug recognized the call of God into full time ministry. He answered that call and joined the pastoral team in 2013. He emphasizes the need for a dynamic relationship with God that's full of His love, Word, and Power. He believes everyone is designed to connect with and encounter God in a real and tangible way. Doug has taught at Life Bible College since 2014. He married his wife, Kate, in 2010 and together they have two kids; Claire and Carter.
MAC MAYER

Business and Outreach
Mac has always been attracted to the business world and started his first company at the age of 18, which is still operating. He has written seven books; three on business and career development and four focused on church growth and spiritual success. Mac oversees more than 20 outreach ministries at Life Church that impact thousands of people in the Treasure Valley and beyond. His life mission is to help individuals and churches find and fulfill the call of God on their life so they can hear their Master say, "well done thou good and faithful servant." Mac has been married to Dianne for over 30 years and both are graduates of Life Bible College.
MICKEY MCCALEB
ASSOCIATE PASTOR
Pastoral Counseling
Mickey McCaleb accepted Christ in 1977. He and his wife, Kristie, have two beautiful daughters, Aubrey and Kaylee. He has served in various ministries since graduating from Rhema Bible Training College in 1989. He served as associate pastor at Life Church (2008-2011), and a Life Bible College instructor (2009-2014). Rejoining the pastoral staff in 2019, he provides counseling and assists in church leadership. Lastly, Mickey is a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps (1983-1987) and holds a doctoral degree in clinical psychology. He has worked as a mental health provider at Northwest Neurobehavioral Health since 2012.
WADE MOORE
ASSOCIATE PASTOR
Connections and Serving Teams
Wade Moore III, born and raised in Texas, graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science degree. He has served in various ministries including youth pastor, pastoral care and a church board (2007-2013). After moving to Idaho with his family in 2013, he attended and graduated from Life Bible College in 2017. While being at Life Church, he has served in several ministries including the Leadership Advisory Board. Wade currently oversees Connections, Dream Team and is an instructor at Life Bible College. Wade married his wife, Jillian, in 2006 and together they have five children.
Wesley Moore
Kids Director
3 months - 5th Grade
A native of Idaho, Wesley Moore grew up in the beautiful mountains of Sun Valley. He recognized the call of God to ministry while attending Life Bible College. After graduating LBC in 2020, he joined the Kids Ministry and stepped into the role of Children's Director in 2023. His passion is to see kids encounter God and experience His goodness each day. He believes children can have thriving relationships with God, no matter their age. Wesley and his wife, Michaela, are expecting their first addition to Kids Ministry in June of 2024.
Jonathan Rosado
YOUTH PASTOR
Junior and Senior High
Jonathan graduated from Rhema Bible Training College in 2018, where he studied pastoral ministry. He traveled with the Kenneth Hagin Ministries crusade team from 2018 to 2020, playing lead and rhythm guitar in churches across the nation. In 2021, he joined the Life Church staff, working in the youth ministry. He accepted the role of Youth Pastor in 2022. Jonathan has a growing passion for teaching and equipping teenagers to know God and experience Him personally. He is happily married to Whitley and has a dog named Bobo.
Whitley rosado
WORSHIP PASTOR
Worship and Production Ministries
Joining the Life Church staff in 2020, Whitley brought a wealth of experience and passion to the worship and production ministry. She graduated from Rhema Bible Training College in 2017 and Oklahoma Wesleyan University in 2018. Committed to honoring God through music and technology, she has been in worship ministry since age 8, serving as a vocalist and musician in various capacities. Before joining our team, Whitley traveled with the Kenneth Hagin Ministries worship team, serving in churches nationwide. Whitley married her husband Jonathan in 2021. She enjoys scuba diving, coordinating Financial Peace University, and training future worship leaders in the Life Bible College internship program.
Bill thomas

Life Bible College Director, Young Adults, & Missions
Bill Thomas, a former Boise Police Officer and Life Bible Graduate, joined the Life Church pastoral team in 2016. Bill serves in a variety of ministries including Missions and Young Adults, and is the Director of Life Bible College. He has a heart to take people on the mission field and share the gospel in the deepest corners of the earth. He loves to share God’s love where he goes, bringing peace and life to individuals, marriages and families across the world. Bill married his high school sweetheart, Jennifer. They have two daughters, Kendall and Payton, whom are both chasing the will of God for their lives.
