LIFE GROUP COORDINATOR ASSISTANT | Part-time
This position is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the Life Group Coordinator with a primary focus on the coordination and supervision of Life Groups. This role is fundamental in cultivating a sense of community and development for those within the church and will be responsible for assisting in organizing, facilitating, and supporting various Life Groups. This position will assist in executing various administrative and office duties, such as managing policy and procedure formulation, coordinating life group expos, creating various forms and spreadsheets as well as communication with Life Group leaders.
Administrative ASSISTANT | Full-time
This position is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support, coordinating and interacting with all levels of the church organization on various projects and tasks. This position will assist in maintaining and managing a schedule, day-to-day operations, and projects assigned. This role is fundamental in cultivating community and development for those within the church. This position will assist in executing various administrative and office duties, such as managing policy and procedure formulation, coordinating expos, creating various forms and spreadsheets, and communicating with different groups in the church.
Technical Coordinator | Part-time
The Technical Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and maintaining all production technology and equipment within the church. This role ensures the seamless execution of services, events, and productions by overseeing audio, video, lighting, and broadcast technology. The Technical Coordinator works closely with worship and production teams, specifically focusing on audio during church services. They ensure proper training for serving teams and staff to operate equipment efficiently. Additionally, the Technical Coordinator collaborates with the IT department to ensure seamless integration and functionality of networked production systems.
